Most treatments are scheduled within 72 hours. Urgent requests can usually be fitted in sooner depending on the slot.
Yes. We assess first, send a written quote per per session, and that is what you pay unless you approve extra work in writing.
Yes — it is one of our most requested services. Tell us the requirement and we will confirm scope and cost before starting.
You call your named contact, not a helpdesk. Anything covered by the warranty on your invoice is corrected at no cost.
