For the first site visit, ideally. After that we work to the agreed plan and send updates.
Stage-wise billing and a written completion date. Cheaper quotes usually leave those out and add them back later.
Most projects are scheduled within 24 hours. Urgent requests can usually be fitted in sooner depending on the slot.
Yes. We assess first, send a written quote per per sq ft, and that is what you pay unless you approve extra work in writing.
