Fabric sourcing details and alteration policy. Cheaper quotes usually leave those out and add them back later.
Most pieces are scheduled within 72 hours. Urgent requests can usually be fitted in sooner depending on the slot.
Yes. We assess first, send a written quote per per piece, and that is what you pay unless you approve extra work in writing.
Yes — it is one of our most requested services. Tell us the requirement and we will confirm scope and cost before starting.
You call your named contact, not a helpdesk. Anything covered by the warranty on your invoice is corrected at no cost.
