For the first workshop visit, ideally. After that we work to the agreed plan and send updates.
Itemised job cards and genuine parts invoices. Cheaper quotes usually leave those out and add them back later.
Most services are scheduled within 48 hours. Urgent requests can usually be fitted in sooner depending on the slot.
