Booking and payment
Yes. A room is held for two hours on a phone confirmation. Wedding dates need 25% to block the lawn, refundable up to 30 days before the date.
Cards, UPI, bank transfer and cash. A GST invoice is issued at checkout on request.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Inside that window we charge one night. During lagan season the window is 72 hours.
Six rooms or more get a group rate plus one free room per twenty. Call the banquet desk rather than booking online.
Rooms and stay
Check-in from 12 noon, check-out by 11 am. Early check-in is free if the room is vacant; late checkout till 2 pm costs half a day's tariff.
Yes, breakfast for two comes with every room, served 7 to 10 am in the restaurant.
Under 8 stay free using existing bedding. An extra mattress is ₹400 a night and includes breakfast.
Yes, with valid government photo ID for both guests. Local ID is accepted.
Yes, serving all three floors, plus ramps at the entrance, restaurant and banquet hall. Two ground-floor rooms have grab bars fitted.
Restaurant and food
We run both lines with separate tandoors, utensils and staff. For a full-veg event we shut the non-veg line for that day.
Breakfast 7 to 10 am, lunch 12 to 3:30 pm, dinner 7 to 11 pm. Room service takes orders till midnight.
For events, yes — you can bring your own halwai for a kitchen fee. For room stays we ask that you eat outside food in the room, not the restaurant.
Within about 8 km, via WhatsApp order. Delivery runs 12 to 10 pm.
Weddings and events
For November to February, book by July. Muhurat dates are usually gone within ten days of the panchang being settled.
Yes, with a walkthrough the day before. Sound must stop by 11 pm as per local rules. We can arrange both in-house instead.
About 200 inside the campus, plus marshalled overflow along the approach road during events.
The banquet hall is held as backup for every lawn booking in the monsoon months at no extra charge.
Facilities and safety
Two generators with automatic changeover in about eight seconds, plus a rooftop solar array.
In-house guests only. Separate hours for ladies run 6 to 8 am and 4 to 6 pm, seven days a week.
A doctor is on call and reaches the property in about twenty minutes. The nearest hospital is 8 km away in Samastipur town.
Small pets are allowed in ground-floor rooms with prior notice. They are not permitted in the restaurant or pool area.
